You don't give yourself enough credit I think, mutteo in NES land is front page quality in my opinion, just keep doing your best and there is no doubt in m mind that you will get on the front page of newgrounds, heck, you will probably get your own page in newgrounds dedicated to your series, like Super Mario Bros Z!

Thanks. Yeah I think the problem is people don't want to get into sprite movies, no matter the quality. I think I need to build a reputation first before I'm going to start to see the difference in views and appreciation.
Although my real intention to doing this is to not only entertain and make people laugh, but also I want to prove to myself that I can commit to my projects and finish them. Having an audience that wants to see more of my work is more motivation to do it. I suppose even if I don't get the recognition for my work, as long as I have some fans that love my work, I'll keep at it.
